At The White Board, we are looking for pieces of subversion and creativity, of grand scale, or moments of insignificance made grand.

​

The unexpected and abstract are most welcomed. We are looking for the best of the extremes, whether these extremes be found in the most lesser, the greatest, or the most mediocre circumstance. 

 

Writers will be paid $5 per accepted work, and response times are kept under 24 hours.

​

 

 

Flash Fiction, Poetry, and Fiction are accepted as a pdf, word document, or pasted into the body of the email, and must be emailed to the address

 

submissions@the-white-board.org

​​​Poetry:

must be no more than a page in length for each piece, with a maximum of five pieces in a submission. 

​

Flash Fiction:

must be no more than 500 words, with a word count in the header.

​

Fiction:

must be no more than 3000 words, with a word count in the header.

​​

Authors may provide a brief biography. 

​

 

 

 

 

Simultaneous Submissions are encouraged given substantial and visible change for repeatably submitted work.

All works may be immediately submitted to other publications for consideration upon acceptance, we merely ask you notify us if this is the case.

​

In the interest of transparency and growth, we hope to provide feedback to as many rejected works as possible to help ensure a future home for your work, whether if it be with us at The White Board or some place else.
